Group fitness classes all over the world effect more people in a short space of time than any other form of fitness training. The awesome ‘buzz’ and atmosphere that can be built up in a Group fitness class is unique and amazing. The blend of great music with excellent coaching and innovative choreography and a huge dose of fun and enjoyment can make 60 minutes fly by. The popularity of Group fitness classes is continuing to grow all the time.
The personality of the instructor in a Group fitness class is essential for the class to be challenging and achievable whilst ALL participants have a great time and leave feeling invigorated. We have specialised in Group fitness classes for many years due the results that our participants get as well as the fantastic sense of well being we get from teaching.
Whether it is BODYPUMP, RPM, BODYATTACK, BODYBALANCE, BODYJAM, BODYCOMBAT or a freestyle class such as Pilates, Circuits, Martial Arts or Body Conditioning, the Instructor is vital to the success of the class. Some styles of Group fitness classes rely more on the knowledge and expertise of the instructor to lead the class through an intense workout, and sometimes the ‘feel’ of the class dictates that the Instructor takes on a different role and becomes a shoulder to cry on or just a confidante.

These classes make it easy for participants from around the world as it is a global brand that is recognised wherever you go. I (Kris) come from a theatrical background and I (Cara) come from a dance background and together we bring all our years of experience and expertise of instructing people from all levels of fitness to enable us to ‘coach’ each person to maximise their results and achieve their goals. We will use any equipment and any innovative ideas in our classes if we believe it will get better results for our participants.
